CLIPPY MCKENNA is the founder of Clippy’s food brand, which produces and sells jams, preserves, relishes, and chutneys. Her products are sold nationally in UK supermarkets, as well as in the US and Canada.

For more than 15 years, Clippy has traveled across the globe, savoring the delights of diverse cultures; from apple butter to green figs picked from Atlantic rooftops, and from bohemian cafés to camping under the stars. These memories have inspired Clippy’s taste buds to create diverse flavors such as ‘Rosy Raspberry & Apple curd’ to ‘Marinated Goats cheese infused in saffron, chili & garlic oil’ which were created during her ‘Preserving the Nation’ cookery school tour.
